Drier and warmer today

Any showers today should stay in central Missouri, or very south & east Missouri toward mid to late afternoon.

We start to dry out and warm up today.

Temps a few degrees warmer every day into the weekend - which looks hot again, more typical for mid-August.

Several shortwave disturbances appear in the flow through the weekend, but so far I think we're trending mostly dry.
