Henry County Sheriff's Office Weekly Arrest and Incident Report

 

Dates: August 9, 2025 – August 15, 2025
Sheriff Aaron Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:
August 10, 2025 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
Deputy Murphy conducted a traffic in the Urich area that resulted in the arrest of Brittany Davis, age 32, of Adrian, for driving while suspended or revoked.
• August 10, 2025 – Warrant:
Deputy Stevens conducted a traffic stop in the Tightwad area that resulted in the arrest of Robert Delp, age 34, of Sunrise Beach, for a Laclede County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of possession.
• August 11, 2025 – Failure to Register as a Sex Offender:
Detective Stutzman conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Brandon Gross, age 44, of Windsor, for failure to register as a sex offender.
• August 13, 2025 – Warrant:
Deputy Saulters arrested Hayden McClure, age 25, of Knob Noster, at the courthouse for two Henry County no-bond felony warrant for Assault – 2nd Degree and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
• August 13, 2025 – Aggravated Fleeing a Stop or Detention:
Deputy Stevens attempted a traffic stop in the Windsor area when the vehicle failed to yield, leading to the arrest of Isiah Fielder, age 18, of Windsor, on a 24-hour investigative hold for Aggravated Fleeing a Stop or Detention. Later that same day, the Henry County Prosecutor’s Office filed formal charges, and the court issued a warrant for the Class D Felony of Aggravated Fleeing a Stop or Detention.
• August 14, 2025 – Assault – 3rd Degree – Special Victim:
Deputy Murphy responded to a call in the Windsor area, resulting in the arrest of Rachel Maples, age 44, of Windsor, on a 24-hour investigative hold for Assault – 3rd Degree – Special Victim and Resisting/Interfering with Arrest for a Felony. The following day, the Henry County Prosecutor’s Office filed formal charges, and the court issued a warrant for the Class E Felony of Domestic Assault – 3rd Degree and Resisting/Interfering with Arrest for a Felony, with bond set at $5,000 cash-only.
All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
