Renown local artist Tom Altenburg (left) stopped to admire some beautiful local artwork at the Ready Set Grow Fall Festival in Rich Hill on Saturday. He went on to say that the paintings on display showed a lot of thought and good use of colors and considered them to be 'top notch'. Altenburg has quite a history as he worked for Hallmark Cards for many years, has an extensive background working for George Lucas (Star Wars fame) among others. Some of his artwork is on display throughout the area including the Kern Center in Rich Hill- stop by and take a look.
