Weekly report from the Henry County Sheriff's Office

𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: October 24, 2025 – October 30, 2025

Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:
• 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Deputy Saulters arrested Nina Sutcliffe, age 48, of Deepwater, at the courthouse on a Henry County felony no-bond warrant for Burglary 1st Degree.
• 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Deputy England conducted a warrant service in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Kathryn Bescher, age 42, of Clinton, on two Warrensburg Police Department failure-to-appear warrants for animal health and obstruction.
• 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞:
Sergeant Brandt conducted a follow-up investigation at the Sheriff’s Office that resulted in the arrest of Larry Roberts, age 47, of Windsor, on a 24-hour investigative hold for Assault 2nd Degree. Roberts allegedly struck the victim in the head with a closed fist.
• 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Sergeant Logan conducted a follow-up investigation in the rural Urich area that resulted in the arrest of Charles Kidwiler Sr., age 74, of Urich, for stealing. Kidwiler allegedly stole campaign signs from several locations.
• 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭:
Deputy England responded to assist the Clinton Police Department in locating a subject who had displayed a firearm and left the area in a vehicle. Deputy England located the vehicle in the rural Clinton area and arrested Derek Ford, age 32, of Sweet Springs, transferring custody of him to the Clinton Police Department.
• 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Deputy England located a wanted subject at Clinton Convenience Store and arrested Garrison Carter, age 27, of Clinton, on a Henry County warrant for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
