Eldon woman seriously injured in Cass county crash

On Tuesday, a 49 year old Eldon, Mo woman was seriously injured in a single car accident on route O just south of 307th street in rural Cass county. According to the highway patrol, just after noon a Jeep Wrangler driven by the woman left the roadway and overturned, ejecting the driver.

The woman was transported by air ambulance to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for treatment. The highway patrol was assisted at the scene by the Cass County Sheriff's Office.

Due to privacy concerns, the Missouri Highway Patrol no longer lists names of victims in publicly available crash reports.
