Obituary - Maggie Roberts

Maggie Roberts, 25, of Clinton, Missouri, died Friday morning, November 14, 2025, at her home after a 10-year battle with Ewing sarcoma.

She was born May 9, 2000, in Clinton, Mo., the daughter of Jeffery Darren Roberts and Pamela Sue (Tolliver) Roberts. Maggie was blessed with a bonus mom, Sarajane, at the age of 9, and she loved Maggie like her own.

After being diagnosed at the age of 15, Maggie persevered during treatments to complete her high school education and went on to get her LPN degree. She enjoyed working as a nurse. Maggie’s family and friends were important to her. She enjoyed traveling and was always ready to go on an adventure. She was a friend to all and enjoyed many float trips and concerts with friends.

Maggie is survived by a large and loving family: Parents, Pam Lloyd of Lincoln and Jeff and Sarajane Roberts of Clinton; her three brothers, Luke and his wife Maddie, Mason, and Westin; a nephew, Gene, and another due in January; and her partner, Christopher. Her extended family includes: Grandparents, Peggy and the late Gene Roberts, Don and June Williams, and David and Shirley Lowe; Aunts and Uncles, Brian Roberts, Jon Roberts, Angela Roberts, Buck and Cathy Roberts, Angela Roberts, Matt and Angela Lowe, and Megan and Will Stiles; Cousins, Skyler and Journey Roberts, Zack Roberts, Jack and Haley Roberts, Jed Roberts, Seth Roberts, Cristyn and Tristan Wetterow, Jake and Alison Roberts, Noah Roberts, Jonah Roberts, Hannah and Trevor Kroenke, Rebecca Roberts, Nate Rosebrough, Brett and Jenny Rosebrough, Ryan Lowe, Lydia Lowe, and Sage Stiles. Gone before her were her grandfather, Gene Roberts and her sister Brandi.

Graveside services will be 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor. The family will receive friends from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor. The family suggests contributions to MARS (The Maggie Alexandra Roberts Endowed Nursing Scholarship) which will provide scholarships for nurses at Children’s Mercy Hospital.
