Extreme cold coming this weekend

 

THURSDAY and SATURDAY, bands of snow will pass to our north / northeast again. Pictured is the Saturday setup, which has the best snowfall chances.

So the vast majority of our area sees NO precip of any kind through the weekend.

But a strong cooling trend takes over Friday, and Sunday will be the coldest day of the week.

Here's how the weekend sets up:

Saturday 37 with sunshine

Saturday night -------------> 9 degrees! Only warming up to mid 20's for Sunday.
