Wanted Subject on the run for more than two years is now in Custody Thanks to the team work of the US Marshals Fugitive Taskforce, Missouri State Highway Patrol and Detectives from Clinton PD, Bates County Sheriff's Office, St. Clair County Sheriff's Office and Henry County Sheriff's Office.
Mr Bowman thought he could change his looks and remain on the run for ever. But today, serving Justice will begin in multiple counties. This manhunt spanned from Missouri to Las Vegas and has taken two years to get this suspect in custody. Bowman was located at a residence in Taney County Missouri.

The Bates County Sheriff's Office has been working with United States Marshal Service, Henry County Sheriff's Office, St. Clair County Sheriff's Office and the Clinton Police Department for more than 2 years in attempt to locate and take into custody Steven Andrew Bowman.
Bowman is wanted in all 4 jurisdictions for crimes against a juvenile.
Bowman has active warrants as follows:
Bowman is wanted in Bates County for:
3 counts of Statutory Rape 2nd degree
9 counts of Endangering the welfare of a Child Creating Substantial Risk- Sexual contact- 1st degree
6 counts of Statutory Sodomy 2nd degree
Bond- $180,000.00 cash or surety
Bowman is wanted in Henry County for:
2 counts of Statutory Rape 2nd degree
Bond- NO bond
Bowman is wanted in St. Clair County for:
1 count of Sexual Assault- sodomy or attempted sodomy
Bond- $250,000.00 cash or surety
Mr. Bowman has been on the run since the report was filed by the victim and continues to elude law enforcement. Mr. Bowman has likely attempted to change his appearance, and may have gained or lost weight, changed his hair style or length and may have grown or shaved his facial hair.
