Warmer than average NYE ahead...

 

Happy New Year! No hazardous weather to keep you from your plans.

Plenty of sunshine today with 50's and 60's. At midnight tonight expect the mid 30's to right around freezing in some places.

New Year's Day will cool down a few degrees with a bit more cloud cover around. Mid to upper 40's for most of us. Negligible winds and no precipitation in sight.

I'm looking around the 9th or 10th of January for our next shot at meaningful precipitation. It was a VERY dry December.
