• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Sergeant Richardson conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Nicholas Russell, age 41, of Iowa, on a Jackson County warrant for traffic offenses.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭, 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞:
Sergeant Logan and Deputy McQueen conducted a follow-up domestic assault investigation in the Urich area that resulted in the arrest of Alfred Ried for domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Ried was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold. Within the 24-hour period, the Henry County Prosecutor’s Office filed formal charges, and a warrant was issued for domestic assault, 2nd degree, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Ried allegedly choked and slapped the victim while children were present.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Sergeant Richardson arrested Michael Trogdon, age 50, of Overland Park, Kansas, at the courthouse on a Henry County felony warrant for stealing, burglary in the 2nd degree, and possession of a controlled substance.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Deputy England conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Dale Trussell, age 63, of Kansas City, on a Henry County warrant for traffic offenses.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Deputy Murphy and Deputy Saulters conducted a warrant service in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Tristan Dawson, age 34, of Windsor, on a Henry County failure-to-appear warrant and a Benton County failure-to-appear warrant.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐱 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫:
Captain Bilbruck, Captain Hills, Lieutenant Kubilus, and Detective Murphy conducted a sex offender compliance check in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of James Harris, age 47, of Windsor, for failing to register as a sex offender. Harris allegedly failed to register his vehicle, phone, and social media applications.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐱 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫:
Captain Bilbruck and Detective Stutzman conducted a sex offender compliance check in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Zakarey Harrelson, age 31, of Windsor, for failing to register as a sex offender. Harrelson allegedly failed to register several social media applications.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Detective Baker and Detective Swartz conducted a warrant service in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Harold Rhodes, age 55, of Windsor, on a Henry County warrant for an ordinance violation.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Detective Baker and Detective Swartz conducted a warrant service in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Stella Talburt, age 55, of Windsor, on a Henry County warrant for an ordinance violation.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭, 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞:
Corporal Douglas and Deputy Stevens conducted a follow-up domestic assault investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Brionna Thrasher, age 31, of Windsor, for domestic assault in the 3rd degree and harassment in the 1st degree. Thrasher was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold. At the time of this report, the case had been submitted to the Henry County Prosecutor’s Office requesting formal charges. The investigation indicated the suspect made physical contact with the victim and issued a verbal threat during the incident.
All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
