20 students successfully complete Cass Career Center phlebotomy program

 


Cass Career Center is celebrating a major milestone as 20 students successfully completed the phlebotomy certification program through the Advanced Health Services program, earning a 100% pass rate on the certification exam this semester.

The newly certified phlebotomists include Macyn Mooney of Lone Jack, Alyssa Hughes, Reese Bofenkamp and Mary Arthur of Harrisonville, Finley Glazier of Midway, Allyxandria Jones of Adrian, Ella Novacek and Mikayla Laughlin of Belton, Sophia Biondo, Caden Johnson, Elijah Smith and JaiMya Kelley of Ray-Pec, Cheyenne Jones, Chloe McClendon, Corbin Ryberg, Alexi Ayers and Haylie Forrest of Harrisonville, Peyton Himes and Brooke Jacobs of Archie, and Shyanne Vunovich of Drexel.
In addition to earning certification, students participated in advanced internships this semester, gaining hands-on experience in real clinical settings. This achievement highlights the strength of Cass Career Center’s Advanced Health Services program and its commitment to preparing students for high-demand health care careers. With certification in hand and a perfect pass rate, these students are now workforce-ready and prepared to serve communities across Cass County and beyond.
