Fairly typical January weather ahead

We've now entered the climatological coldest part of the winter season for the area.

Expect a cool down for the second half of January. This week, we have an awesome warmup Monday & Tuesday; but a cold front arrives Tuesday night and colder temps stick around through the end of the month.
Daytime highs in the 30's & 40's and overnight lows in the teens for the second half of this week and beyond.
QUIET WEEK AHEAD: With only a couple chances at very little precip.
Pictured is Tuesday night / light rainfall, and
Thursday night, a few bands of snow flurries (maybe).
