Obituary - Phyllis May Hughes

Phyllis May Hughes, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the age of 83, surrounded by her loving family. A memorial service to celebrate Phyllis's life will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, at Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville at 6:00 PM. Prior to the service, a visitation will take place at the same location starting at 5:00 PM. Following her wishes, Phyllis would suggest in lieu of flowers to spend time with your family - go out for a meal or enjoy an activity together.
