Hugh Jenkins came in to discuss the 10% Employee Performance Evaluation concern that was discussed on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025. He explained that he was meaning a 10% total, not 10% on top of the 4% COLA. He will be fixing his budget accordingly to correct any errors this might cause and getting it back to the responsible party.
The Commissioners answered all the questions that he had about the Employee Performance Evaluation and discussed a few places on the remaining part of his budget that they had questions about.
John made a motion to renew their contract with Ivan Schraeder, with Schraeder Law Firm. Trent seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion carried. No opposition.
