𝐇𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐟’𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞

𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭

Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:

• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Deputy Saulters arrested Daniel Vanartsdalen, age 43, of Independence, at the courthouse on a Henry County no-bond warrant for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 2nd Degree.
• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Sergeant Richardson arrested Marley Stephenson-Ceesay, age 32, of Kansas City, at the courthouse on a Clay County warrant for traffic offenses.
• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝/𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝:
Deputy Saulters conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Erica McEwen, age 25, of Maryville, for Driving While Suspended/Revoked, 1st offense.
• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞:
Sergeant Logan and Deputy Stevens conducted a follow-up investigation in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Matthew Rouse, age 30, of Clinton. Rouse was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for Harassment, 1st Degree. Within 24 hours, the Henry County Prosecutor’s Office requested formal charges, and a warrant was issued. Rouse allegedly told the victim he was going to stab them in the face.
• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭:
Deputy Hysom, Deputy England, and Deputy Chaney responded to a physical domestic disturbance. As a result of the investigation, Mallory Kinner, age 30, was arrested for Domestic Assault. Kinner allegedly struck the victim several times in the head during an argument.
• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝/𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝:
Deputy Hysom conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Arnold Sommers, age 64, of Warsaw, for Driving While Suspended/Revoked.
• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Deputy Hysom conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Charlie Shockley, age 65, of Windsor, for Driving While Suspended/Revoked. Shockley also had a Jackson County felony warrant for dangerous drugs.
• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝/𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝:
Deputy Hysom conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Elmo Fannon, age 44, of Windsor, for Driving While Suspended/Revoked.
• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 / 𝐍𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 / 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 / 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞:
Lieutenant Kubilus, Detective Baker, and Detective Stutzman, assisted by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Aaron Edgington, age 29, of Clinton, in Benton County in reference to follow-up investigations on several cases. Edgington was arrested for Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images, Property Damage, and Burglary, 2nd Degree. Edgington also had Henry County felony warrants for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, 1st Degree; Criminal Mischief; Property Damage, 2nd Degree; and Violation of an Order of Protection for an Adult. Edgington allegedly broke a window, unlawfully entered a residence, and distributed videos containing sexual content without the consent of the victim.
• 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Deputy Stevens conducted a warrant service in the Windsor area and arrested Gabrielle Stinson, age 29, of Windsor, on three Henry County felony warrants for Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Burglary, 1st Degree, and Property Damage, 2nd Degree.
All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
