Let’s celebrate Talya McFrederick!
Talya will be attending Ozark Technical Community College next fall, where she plans to pursue her associate degree before transferring to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Talya began a Registered Youth Apprenticeship Program last May at Medicalodges of Butler and has been working at least 20 hours a week, while completing a five-hour college course to earn her CNA certification. She has a true passion for healthcare and patient care. This experience has given her valuable, hands-on learning opportunities and the chance to grow in a field she loves.
In addition to her academic and career pursuits, Talya stays involved in athletics and other extracurricular activities. She was also part of Active Minds, helping design and paint the city mural. Talya is someone who consistently encourages and supports others, making a positive impact on those around her.
Talya has a bright future ahead, and there is no doubt she will continue making a difference in the lives of others.
