This award, sponsored by the Harrisonville Public School Foundation, recognizes outstanding educators who make a lasting impact on students and the school community.
Diggs has served Harrisonville Schools for 13 years and brings 26 years of experience in education. She was selected for this honor by a panel of outside judges who interviewed four finalists. Finalists were chosen through a nomination process that included input from students, staff, and families.
The judges shared, “Her commitment to students is clear in everything she does. She spoke about the importance of being part of each student’s journey and strives to be the kind of nursing instructor she once needed. Her passion for teaching, combined with her focus on supporting and guiding students through real-world experiences, truly stood out.”
Congratulations, Angie—we are proud to celebrate the impact you make each day!
