Bates County Memorial Hospital is proud to recognize Jessica Nieder as the September Employee of the Month in honor of her dependability, compassion and dedication to providing excellent patient care.
Jessica is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has been a valued member of the BCMH team since March 2013. She is known for her strong work ethic, caring nature and willingness to step in and help wherever she is needed. Jessica also serves on the Safe Patient Handling Committee.
“Jessica is a great asset to our facility. She is very dependable and comes to work ready to get things done,” one nominating coworker stated. “She takes great care of our patients, all while making them smile.”
Jessica was nominated by multiple coworkers, with another describing her as “always a joy to work with” and recognizing the kindness and care she shows patients each day.
