Kay Caskey was the first person to vote absentee in the Bates County Clerk's Office today and as is all smiles as she completed the task. She added "Thanks Jami Page, County Clerk and her clerks Cara, Jennifer and Anna. You know election rules and we all abide by them. We don’t need a court order in Bates County to give clarity of election laws."
