𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Deputy Romi arrested Tyler Denny, age 33, of Lawson, at the Henry County Courthouse on a Barton County warrant for Non-Support.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝:
Master Sergeant Logan conducted a traffic stop in the Tightwad area that resulted in the arrest of Douglas Newcomb, age 62, of Edwards, for Driving While Intoxicated.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Eldon Ray Bearce II, age 51, of Pittsburg, Kansas, was arrested at the Henry County Sheriff's Office on a Henry County felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝/𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝:
Deputy Fisher and Deputy Hysom conducted a traffic stop in the Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Brian Atkinson, age 41, of Deepwater, for Driving While Suspended/Revoked.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Sergeant Richardson arrested Justyn Barrett, age 32, of Clinton, at the Henry County Courthouse on a Henry County felony warrant for Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Sergeant Richardson arrested Johnie Phillps, age 32, of Windsor, at the Henry County Courthouse on a Henry County felony warrant for Arson – 2nd Degree.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Sergeant Richardson arrested William Seeley, age 36, of Clinton, at the Henry County Courthouse on a Henry County felony warrant for Forgery.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Sergeant Richardson arrested John Jones, age 53, of Clinton, at the Henry County Courthouse on a Henry County felony warrant for Burglary – 2nd Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞:
Captain Bilbruck and Deputy Douglas responded to a report of a subject striking a stop sign and leaving the scene of an accident in the Windsor area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Pascual Gomez Hernandez, age 32, of Boonville, for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and No Driver's License.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Deputy Murphy responded to a report of stealing at Casey's in the Windsor area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Chisum Wilcoxson, age 34, of Windsor, for Stealing.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭:
Deputy Napier and Deputy Stevens responded to the Urich area at the request of the Clinton Police Department to attempt to locate a subject who had allegedly fled from officers in a vehicle earlier in the evening. Deputies located the suspect vehicle and contacted the driver, Shon Kelley, age 21, of Raymore. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Kelley for Exceeding the Posted Speed Limit, Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop by Fleeing, and Driving While Suspended/Revoked. Custody of Kelley was transferred to the Clinton Police Department.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝/𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Deputy Napier and Deputy Stevens attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the Clinton area when the vehicle allegedly failed to yield. A short vehicle pursuit ensued until the suspect vehicle was involved in a traffic accident. Shawn McDowell, age 47, of Deepwater, was arrested on a 24-hour investigative hold for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Suspended/Revoked, and Resisting Arrest by Fleeing. Within 24 hours, Henry County Prosecutor Gray filed formal charges, and warrants were issued for Aggravated Fleeing a Stop and Driving While Intoxicated.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 – 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞:
Deputy Murphy and Deputy Napier responded to a physical domestic disturbance in progress in the rural Leeton area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Charles Vaughn, age 58, of Leeton, on a 24-hour investigative hold for Domestic Assault – 3rd Degree. Within 24 hours, Henry County Prosecutor Gray filed formal charges, and warrants were issued for Domestic Assault – 2nd Degree, two counts of Domestic Assault – 3rd Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝/𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝:
Deputy England conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Steven Strong, age 48, of Windsor, for Driving While Suspended/Revoked.
𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭:
Arvizu Rangel, age 60, of Nixa, was arrested at the Henry County Sheriff's Office on a Henry County warrant for traffic offenses.
