Bryan Eugene Trinkle entered this world on July 18, 1972 in Butler, Missouri–the second of three sons born to Robert and Penny (Burch) Trinkle of Amsterdam, Missouri. He departed this world on September 26, 2026 at his home in Amoret, Missouri. He was raised in Amsterdam and attended Miami R1 Schools from kindergarten through high school, graduating in 1991.

Bryan was a carpet and floor layer until he was disabled by a head injury in 2014. After that, mowing and manicuring lawns became his passion. His goal was always to be able to look back as he rode away and say “Damn, that yard looks nice.” His home and his yard were his sanctuary. Riding his green mower was his “happy place” and he was extremely proud of his 12 years of being clean and sober.

Bryan was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in 2024 and fought a hard battle going through chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and immunotherapy. He thought he had won the battle, only to learn in May that a brain tumor had appeared. At that point he chose not to pursue further treatment. Bryan had a strong faith that God would lead him through this storm, and he found great strength in reading his bible.

Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Robert Trinkle; maternal grandparents, Oliver and Dorothy Burch; paternal grandparents, Gene Trinkle and Joyce Stewart. He is survived by his mother, Penny Trinkle; older brother, Mark Trinkle; younger brother (and as he often referred to him “my little brother and best friend”), Brandon Trinkle; nieces, Shelby (Amanda), Ashley (Mikey), Rylee (Chris), Stella; and nephew, Robby (Melissa).
