| Megan Shields |
The charge stemmed from an incident on Jan. 16 when St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies along with members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdictional Drug Task Force conducted a drug investigation at a residence on NE 364 Road, Osceola.
The investigation revealed Shields to be in possession of methamphetamine. After Shields’ initial arrest in January, she was transferred to Clay County on a felony warrant for probation violation on a receiving stolen property charge prior to a warrant being issued in St. Clair County.
