Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest report 7/28/14
On 7/27/14 around 10:20pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41 year old Nasha T. Morrison of Des Moines, Iowa. She was arrested on 1.) Misdemeanor Harrison County Warrant. She was placed under arrest and booked into the Bates County Jail and her status is currently listed as bond able.

The Foster Fire Department along with Bates County Sheriffs Deputies are in route to a tractor fire in rural Southwest Bates County. The exact location of this fire is unknown at the is time.

Weather Update: Comfortable Weather Expected
The normal high temperatures for this time of year through early next week is 89 degrees. We're forecasting highs through next week in the low to middle 80s. And the temperature outlook through August 5th calls for a strong likelihood of below normal temperatures as well. The forecast looks dry too with no good signal for widespread rainfall.

- On July 24, Aeriel Lingenfelser, 24, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County felony warrant charging her with a class C felony of domestic assault in the second degree. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from an incident on June 27 when a St. Clair County deputy responded to a domestic disturbance on NE 151 Road. Lingenfelser allegedly assaulted a female victim by grabbing her by the hair and throwing her to the ground. She allegedly threw the female victim to the ground a second time and began striking her in the head.

- On July 24, Joyce Frankel, 52, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County felony warrant for fraudulent/illegal use of credit cards. The warrant was issued in February 2009. Bond was set at $2,500 cash/surety. A court date of Aug. 8 was given.
