Locally, Bates County will have a new coroner- which also has been a highly visible contest.
Mid America Live will be publishing local results from the Bates County Courthouse beginning as soon as the ballots start to arrive around 7 pm. Results will be posted via a Facebook link and will also be available by clicking the 'Election Results' link at the top of our home page.
Don't forget (for your entertainment) local figures Mark Muller and Kay Caskey will be debating their political views at the Union Restaurant on the Butler square tomorrow night at 7 pm.
It you haven't voted already, git 'er done. It's your right and duty!
