Razor, anyone?
The Bates County Sheriff Deputies beard program has come to an end. Collectively the Deputies have raised a total of $2,414.00 with 100% of the funds going to benefit Bates County kids at Christmas.
A portion of the money will be used to purchase a couple of bicycles for the Adrian Police Department to give away; 'adopt' a couple of children for Christmas; the rest of the funds will go to support the 'Shop with A Deputy' program.
Funds can still be donated until December 15th. We appreciate all the public support and will post a list of all those that supported this fun effort.
