Garden City Citizens please join us.....

We are just a month away from having a unique opportunity in the voting booth to bring accountability to City Hall and our Police Department to benefit the citizens. For too long we have been held back and now we have an opportunity to grow. But first there are people who must be voted in by you the citizens to make those changes.

Clearly there is no accountability in many areas and that is why our town is going backwards as far as growth and business. Myself and a group of others have been working very hard to bring new business to Garden City. We have a grocery store more than interested and the pharmacy to go in the store. What a great opportunity for Garden City! Wouldn't it be nice to buy a head of lettuce without having to go to Harrisonville? We also have several others who would like to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in Garden City. We need that to happen in order to have money to build infrastructure. Wouldn't it be nice to have better water. The only way that will happen is if we invite business. Sidewalks are secondary, you can't drink sidewalks. I would love to have sidewalks yes. But water comes first. This is the very kind of thinking that has to stop. There are so many things that we have been working on very hard to provide jobs and money for infrastructure but you the people have to vote those people into position who will make this happen.

We have been trying to get Ron Mines building in for 2 years which is just ridiculous. Beyond ridiculous! It used to be you could walk into City Hall get a list of instructions and build a building. Now it seems as though there is a ridiculous amount of hurdles. This man has been trying to open up a business across from 7 Stop out next to the highway which would open up our city for others to see opportunity.

Opportunity for jobs opportunity for growth and an opportunity for others moving to Garden City to raise their children in a great town. It's time for a change folks. I need your vote in April. Tuesday the 4th of April please vote for...

Daniel Cantrell Mayor
Ron Holdgrapher East Ward Aldermen
Alvin Poisal West Ward Aldermen

This is the team we have put together along with East Ward Alderman Chris Moretine to bring about the change Garden City needs.
