The warrant was issued March 15. Bond is set $1,000 cash only. The original charge stems from a sheriff’s office investigation on June 19, 2016 when deputies responded to a disturbance on NE 276 Road, Osceola.  Hudgens allegedly struck a female victim with a closed fist and choked her on three different occasions.

On March 23, Timothy Kreisler, 48, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony domestic assault second degree. Bond is set at $20,000 cash only. .The charge stems from a sheriff’s office investigation in the early morning hours the same day after dispatch received a 911 call from a female screaming for help. Approximately 30 minutes prior to the call, a deputy investigated a domestic incident on NE 601 Road, Osceola, involving Kreisler and a female that resides with him. It was noted the female repeatedly screamed for help saying she was bleeding and a male subject could be heard yelling in the background.
When the deputy arrived, Kreisler was in the living room, but a female was not in sight. Blood was found in a bedroom of the residence. While waiting for additional units to assist, a female approached the back door and motioned for the deputy to come outside. She was crying, visibly shaken, bleeding from her nose, and had several marks on her face.
The female explained Kreisler grabbed her by the hair, pulled her off the couch, slammed her face in the floor, and repeatedly struck her in the face with his fist. Kreisler was taken into custody and transported to the St. Clair County Jail.
