On March 23, Timothy Kreisler, 48, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class C felony domestic assault second degree. It was noted the female repeatedly screamed for help saying she was bleeding and a male subject could be heard yelling in the background.
When the deputy arrived, Kreisler was in the living room, but a female was not in sight. Blood was found in a bedroom of the residence. While waiting for additional units to assist, a female approached the back door and motioned for the deputy to come outside. She was crying, visibly shaken, bleeding from her nose, and had several marks on her face.
