Lamar Police Department Request for Public Assistance

The Lamar Police Department is requesting the assistance from residents to help prevent a crime. Recently we were told by a confidential informant some subjects from the north will travel south along Interstate 49, come into town, and attempt to take, the Silver Tiger.

The Silver Tiger, which has been protected under glass for several years, will be sought out as the prize possession by the invaders from the north.

We are asking citizens of Lamar to meet us at the Football Field Friday night at 7:00 and help us protect the Silver Tiger.
