Butler man arrested in Cass County

Mr. Ratliff was arrested for 1.) Tampering with a motor vehicle - 2nd Degree 2.) No Motorcycle Endorsement 3.) Possessing a plate of another vehicle 4.) Failure to drive within the right half of the roadway.
He was booked into the Cass County Jail in Harrisonville, Missouri and is currently listed as bondable.
