WMAT MA Swap Meet and Chili Lunch in Adrian

Adrian, MO
The grounds at the Western Missouri Antique Tractor and Machinery Association located just east of I-49 in Adrian, will be bustling Friday March 26 and Saturday March 27. It's time for the annual spring swap meet. "There will be something for everyone and some things you didn't know you needed," says Steven Doody, long time member. He is right! There will be vendors from all over the midwest coming to peddle their wares. Some will be common sight and some will be very uncommon.

Gates will open Friday and Saturday morning, with the Women's Auxiliary serving breakfast starting at 6:00 a.m., swap meet starts at 8:00. Be sure and stick around for a chili fundraiser at noon on Saturday to support the WMAT MA club. The activities for 2020 were cancelled, but the bills still rolled in. The community support is greatly appreciated!

Masks and social distancing are encouraged.

Traffic Alert in Harrisonville

We wanted to give everyone as much of a heads up as possible regarding an upcoming road closure.

On Monday March 29th beginning at 7AM, W. Mechanic St. will be closed between Commercial Street and Plaza Dr. so work can be done on the railroad crossing.

It is estimated the work will take all day and it is anticipated the roadway will open back up late on the 29th or early on the 30th. To get around this, use Commercial and Plaza.
