Property damage in rural Butler

On May 24th the Bates County Sheriff's Office Deputies were dispatched to 5007 NE CR 3 Butler Missouri in reference to property damage. Upon arrival deputies made contact with the reporting party.

The Reporting Party stated someone had drove through the yard and cut donuts at approximately 0130hrs in the morning.

The RP stated that the vehicle left and then returned a few minutes later and did it again. The vehicle is described as a small white 4 door car. Property damage was valued by the Reporting Party at $500.

The Deputies have secured the video for prosecution. If you were the person who decided it was ok to tear up another person's property by cutting donuts in the yard. You should probably go fix the yard or make it right prior to charges being sent to the prosecutor.
