Take notice that I, the undersigned JIM PLATT, County
Treasurer and Collector of Bates County, in compliance with the laws of the
State of Missouri relating to collection of delinquent and back taxes and
providing for foreclosure sale and redemption of delinquent property and
amendments thereto, shall beginning at 10:00 a.m. on
August 23, 2021
At the East front door of the Court House in Butler,
Missouri and continuing from day to day until all delinquent and advertised
lands have been offered for sale at public auction for delinquent taxes, the
following described Real Estate in Bates County, Missouri against which taxes,
penalties, and costs are due for the respective years and in the respective
amounts set out following each tract. So
much of each said tract shall be sold as will be necessary to discharge said
taxes, penalties, and costs, and Tax Certificates will be issued to each
purchaser of part or all of any said tract, all as provided by said act.
