Ellett Memorial Hospital November Employee of the Month

Congratulations on the Ellett Memorial Hospital November Employee of the Month Cynthia Bowen!

She has had to cover two jobs off and on a lot this last year, but always has a smile on her face. She always greets you with a smile and is so friendly that you can’t help but smile back.

Cynthia is a positive influence on people. She offers assistance in several different ways to help people’s visits here go better. She works hard to make sure she is getting her regular duties done as well and is very efficient.

No matter what the situation may be she doesn’t complain and will do whatever is necessary, often having to adjust her hours to cover when another staff in business office is out. Cynthia is always willing to lend a hand. She learned her duties quickly and isn’t afraid to ask questions.

She just wants to do the very best she can for our facility. Her positive and cheer attitude radiates and is so nice to be around. Cynthia truly deserves to be Employee of the Month for her dedication to our facility and to the patients.

She will do whatever she can to make sure a visit here is the best experience. Cynthia is amazing and great to work with and we are lucky and blessed to have her at Ellett. Once again Congrats Cynthia!
