Rich Hill police make drug arrest during traffic stop

On February 13th while Rich Hill Police Department Officers were on Patrol they observed a gray in color GMC Sierra 1500 traveling South on 14th Street from Walnut Street with a damaged tail light and a traffic stop was initiated.

During the course of the  stop, officers discovered the driver Kevin Plumee, was in possession of suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia. An arrest was made and the subject was booked at the Bates County Sheriff's Office.

It should be noted Plumee is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
