Dates: September 18, 2026, through September 24, 2026Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week:
September 18, 2026 – Warrant:
Pamela Paxon, age 43, of Windsor, was arrested at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office on a Clinton Police Department municipal warrant for Stealing.
September 18, 2026 – Assault and Robbery:
Captain Bilbruck, Master Sergeant Logan, Detective Stutzman, Deputy Hysom, Deputy Fisher, and members of the Clinton Police Department conducted a follow-up investigation in the Clinton area. A search warrant for two suspects was served at a residence in Clinton, resulting in the arrests of Ryan Covington, age 27, of Clinton, and Garrison Carter, age 28, of Clinton, on 24-hour investigative holds.
The suspects allegedly physically assaulted the victim and took money from the victim’s wallet. On the same day, Henry County Prosecuting Attorney Gray filed formal charges. Garrison Carter was issued a warrant for Assault – 3rd Degree, and Ryan Covington was issued warrants for Robbery – 2nd Degree and Assault – 3rd Degree.
September 19, 2026 – Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
Deputy Napier and Deputy Douglas responded to a report of suspicious activity in the rural Clinton area. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Brianna Elysse, age 33, of Troy, Missouri, for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended/Revoked.
September 20, 2026 – Warrant:
Tabitha Martinez, age 20, of Clinton, was arrested at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office on a Henry County warrant for Loitering and Resisting Arrest.
September 21, 2026 – Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia:
Captain Bilbruck, Master Sergeant Logan, Detective Stutzman, and members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol conducted a follow-up investigation in the rural Calhoun area. The follow-up resulted in the arrest of Allen Peek, age 37, of Calhoun, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
September 22, 2026 – Warrant:
Chelsea Cooper, age 35, of Warsaw, was arrested at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office on a Henry County felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
September 23, 2026 – Child Molestation – 1st Degree:
Deputy McQueen and SRO Evans conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Raymond Lopez, age 34, of Windsor, on a 24-hour investigative hold for Child Molestation – 1st Degree.
September 23, 2026 – Warrant:
Darlene Waage, age 41, of Lincoln, was arrested at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office on a Henry County felony warrant for Burglary – 2nd Degree.
September 23, 2026 – Warrant:
Deputy Harms and SRO Evans conducted a warrant service in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Darrell Evans, age 64, of Windsor, on a Henry County warrant for Stealing.
September 23, 2026 – Order of Protection Violation:
Master Sergeant Logan conducted a follow-up investigation at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office that resulted in the arrest of Chisom Hossle, age 37, of Warsaw, for an alleged violation of an Order of Protection. The investigation indicated that Hossle had gone to a property he was prohibited from visiting under the order.
September 23, 2026 – Warrant:
Jasmine English, age 23, of Lee’s Summit, was arrested at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office on a Henry County felony warrant for Interference with Custody – Removed from State or Concealed.
September 24, 2026 – Resisting Arrest by Fleeing and Warrants:
Sheriff Aaron N. Brown attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the Brownington area after observing a vehicle displaying stolen registration. The driver allegedly fled from the attempted traffic stop, and the vehicle later crashed in the 300 block of SE 1100 near the Henry County and St. Clair County line.
The driver, Christian Hunter Thompson, allegedly fled on foot into a wooded area. A passenger in the vehicle was detained at the crash scene. Members of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office, and Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to assist. Thompson, age 24, of Clinton, was subsequently located and arrested.
Thompson was arrested for Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Resisting Arrest by Fleeing, and Receiving Stolen Property. Thompson was also arrested on a Parole Violation warrant stemming from an original Robbery charge and a Henry County felony warrant for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Tampering with a Motor Vehicle.
All individuals arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are allegations at this time.
