Two taken into custody on felony drug charges

On Aug. 3, Victor Bruce, 39, El Dorado Springs, and Charles Gillan, 35, Collins, were taken into custody after a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation at the Pilot Truck Stop in Collins, Missouri.

During the investigation a black key box with four plastic bags containing a crystal like substance was located. 

The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.

A hypodermic needle that appeared to have been used was also located on Bruce’s person. 

Formal charges are pending and we will update when more information is made available to us from the St. Clair County Sheriffs Office.
