Appleton City man arrested on Class C Felony

On Aug. 2, Terry Sieleman, 38, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on class C felony possession of a controlled substance. 

Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The original charge stems from an Appleton City Police Department investigation in October 2013.
