Osceola man arrested on Vernon County warrants

On Aug. 3, Timothy Root, 24, Osceola, was arrested in St. Clair County on two Vernon County warrants for failing to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident, no insurance and an infraction of no seat belt.
Total bond is $510 cash only. The warrants were issued on May 24 and stem from a Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation on April 2.
