School board candidates set for April election

There are three seats open on each board, each with a three year term. Here's the official list of candidates running for local school board positions:

Rich Hill voters will have the bond decision on the ballot as well:
Shall the Board of Education, without an estimated increase in the current  debt service property tax levy, borrow one million dollars for the purpose of providing funds for the construction, equipping and furnishing of additional classrooms at the elementary and high school buildings, a multipurpose center and to complete other remodeling and repair improvements to the existing facilities of the district, and issue bonds for the payment thereof? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted service levy of the school district is estimated to remain unchanged at $1.00 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property.
