St v. Tina Gardner, found guilty of Felony theft/stealing,  given SIS, placed on 3 years probation, to pay court costs, restitution in sum of $9,247, Defe. to successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. to perform 30 hours of community service.

St v. Aleda Kay Rickey, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, including $150 on State Forensic Laboratory Account, Defe. to attend and successfully complete and counseling/ treatment as directed, Defe. to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, Defe. to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches,  Defe. shall not consume/possess alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served. Defe. to perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Bryan E Trinkle, I: burglary—dismissed, II: Misd. Assault—found guilty, III: Misd. Property damage: sentenced to 6 mos in Bates Co Jail on Cts II & III, court suspends 6 mos jail time, placed on 2 years probation, to perform 40 hours of community service, pay court costs by 6-17-13.

St v. Amos J Gillis, Failed to register as a sex offender, guilty plea to amended charge, given SIS, placed on four years probation, shall obey all laws, shall report as instructed, shall complete 100 hours of community service within 6 months, shall pay court costs by 6-17-13 at 10 am or appear in court.

St v. Arasha M Ryder, I: Felony assault of Law Enforcement Officer, II: Felony assault of Law Enforcement Officer, guilty plea, sentenced to 7 years in each count, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, sentences to run concurrently with each other, pay court costs. Defe. to get counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. shall not possess or consume alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served, Defe. to perform 200 hours of community service.

Travis T Williams, Felony DWI-alcohol aggravated offender, guilty plea, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to pay all court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, Defe to attend AA, Defe. to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. shall not possess or consume alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served, Defe. to perform 200 hours of community service, Defe. shall spend 60 days in County Jail with credit for time served in Cass Co Jail.
