NEWS RELEASE CITY OF BUTLER EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT JIM HENRY, DIRECTOR

On February 14, 2013 at approximately 1:00 A.M., at least one of the outdoor warning sirens owned and operated by the City of Butler sounded for a short period of time.

Upon consulting with our communications system contractor, it was determined that a card in one of the computers malfunctioned, causing the siren to sound.

Repairs have been made, and we hope that this will solve the problem.
