On
the 21st day of May 2013, the Bates County Sheriff’s Office made a
vehicle stop on A highway and US 49
intersection, Rich Hill, Missouri. The
vehicle is described as 2012 U-Haul Van.
During the investigation Deputies receive consent to search and
recovered numerous marijuana plants hidden in the back end of the U-Haul. Two male subjects were arrested, Robert F.
Dowling, 37 of McNeil, Arkansas, and Robbie S. Langford, 30, also from McNeil,
Arkansas. Both subjects have been
charged with Manufacturing or Attempt to or Possession with intent, bond was
set at $25,000.00.
