Interrupt burglar


          On Thursday, June 20, 2013 at approximately 1:38 a.m.  Deputy Jordan Stinnett was conducted business checks on Main Street in Windsor, Missouri when he observed a man throw a brick through the front window of a business and then went inside.  Deputy Stinnett requested assistance from Cpl. Jason Gillespie.


          Once Cpl. Gillespie was on scene, the intruder was confronted by Deputy Stinnett at which time the subject fled out the rear door of the business, where Cpl. Gillespie was waiting.  After a short foot chase, the subject was apprehended and taken into custody for burglary, stealing, property damage, resisting arrest, and failure to obey.  The subject was identified as Dustin Bailey, age 26 of Sedalia, Missouri.  Bailey was transported to the Henry County Detention Center, where he remains in custody.
