His hard work and dedication to the citizens of Appleton City was appreciated and will be deeply missed. Justin treasured his many “families”. He will be dearly missed by his Missouri Boys State family, Sons of the American Legion Squadron #999 family, church family, College of the Ozarks family, and friends near and far.
