Another warm and muggy day is forecasted over extreme southeast Kansas and the Missouri Ozarks. Scattered thunderstorms will develop...primarily this afternoon and evening...as a weak frontal system stalls over southern Missouri. Not all locations will experience rain today...since these storms will be hit and miss in nature.
