The U.S. Postal Inspection Services is offering a reward of up to $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) who placed Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) into mailboxes located in Cass County Missouri, some of which exploded. These events occurred between the middle of July, 2013 and August 1st, 2013.
