A Henry County Missouri man has been charged with child pornography and sexual trafficking of a child. 29 year old Jesus Margarito Haro of Windsor Missouri has been charged with one count of Felony Possession of Child Pornography and Felony Trafficking of a Child Under the Age of 18 Years Old.
According Henry Co. Prosecuting Attorney Richard Shields, Haro committed the class C felony of possession of child pornography on or between May 1 and July 4, 2013, in Henry Co. He knowingly possessed child pornography of a person less than eighteen years of age.
Haro also committed the felony of sexual trafficking of a child on or about May 1, 2013, once again in Henry Co. He knowingly caused a child under the age of eighteen years, to engage in the production of explicit sexual material.
The range punishment for a class C felony is imprisonment in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections for a term of one to seven years, or by a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars, or by both imprisonment and a fine.
