In Memory of
Arvin
Webb
February
20, 1927 – September 26, 2013
Sixty-one
years ago, Arvin Webb, along with 14 other men founded the Butler
Saddle Club. Arvin continued to be on site for arena preparation
weeks before the performances. He would watch the livestock unload
telling stories of years past. In later years, Arvin traded in
riding his horse for a John Deere Gator. He also leaves a legacy in
the club as his grandson, Tory Webb, and great-grandchildren Whitney,
Lane, and Bryce continue the families’ love of the sport. Pictured
is Arvin saddling up one last time during the 60th
Annual Rodeo Parade in 2012.
The Butler
Saddle Club salutes our friend, family member and founder-- Arvin
