A Lockwood man charged with the abduction, rape and murder of a Golden City girl last month did not appear in Barton County associate circuit court. Public defender Joe Zuzul represented 34-year-old Bobby Bourne, Jr., who is in custory of the Missouri's Department of Corrections. Associate circuit judge Charles Curless scheduled Bourne's next hearing for 9:00 a.m. October 22. Bourne is charged with kidnapping, raping and killing 12-year-old Adriaunna Horton August 19. Her body was found two days later in a wooded area in Dade County.
